like cooking?
do chips and guacamole count?
can't go wrong with speghetti or stew.
I dunno, do most people make things beforehand and heat up, or actually cook?

this is a great subject...i wrote a receipe a long while back about cooking off the engine manifold of a Jeep. If I can find it I'll upload to my blog. It was very easy to make and cheap. Honestly, it didn't smell like fuel either!

This past weekend we spent the night in the desert. We ate better than we do at home!! No joke. We had tri tip for dinner (BBQ'd)...Costco sells 'em in a bag, seasoned and ready to go. We had mashed potatoes, salad and homemade dressing. We had shrimp and layered dip. For breakfast, we made breakfast burritos. It was great! We really took advantage of (and appreciated!) the fridge and cooking ability, away from the howling wind!!

Yep, Costco seems to be the first stop before a big camping trip. I've heard about engine cooking before. In fact, I've seen some guys make little compartments in their engine to put food, and some motorcycle guys attach it to their exhaust pipes.

I guess it depends on what kind of facilities you have. If it's just a cooler and Coleman stove, or a full on fridge and rangetop.

The cooking is easy if you have a new clean diesel:
