How much does it usually cost to be a full timer? How do you keep a good cell phone signal in your rv or do you use a satelite phone? Any thing we should know about full timimg?

All advice and suggestions, comments appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

I would do a search online to learn more about it. The cost is very dependent on your lifestyle. I can cost you very little if you don't require a lot of extras like dining out, etc. But there are some basic costs and it is not for everyone. After about a year on the road, some people rethink their options.

Another thing about Full Time RVing is that many people don't realize the preparations that it takes to really enjoy your stay on the road, visiting towns throughout America! There are mail concerns, phone, internet and the list goes on. The one piece of advice I might give you is to be prepared by doing your homework first. I know several full-timers and they are having a really good time, and several others that don't enjoy the lack of having a permanent home. The best of both worlds is to be on the road for 6 months and then at home for 6 month if you can swing it. There are many groups online that specialize in full time RVing... do a Google search for more! One last thing. If you are really resourceful you can actually get paid to be on the road, by being a campsite manager at a RV park. Just something to consider.
