We just sold our 2006 Monaco Diplomat because it was to big for what we wanted it for. It was our first Motorhome and we soon found out it was not for off road camping. We ride horses and have a 3200LB Horse trailer and 2 horses 1000LBs Each
so we wanted a Motorhome that would pull our horse trailer and small enough to camp with.
The 2011 Itasca IF226QP Impluse Silver really was the nicest one we had looked for our needs. We bought it and now are taking it to a shop to have the Hitch beefed up
because its only rated at 5000LBS. It has the 305 Horsepower Ford V10 Motor.
I was wondering if anyone out there has one and has done any towing with them?
Thank You
Barbara

Barbara, I know you posted this a long while back, but you should check out B&W or Curt for your hitch needs. Both companies make a wide variety of equipment, especially for horse people like yourself. Be sure to get an equalizing type hitch with maybe a load controller... that way you can be more confident when towing in high winds, etc.
